AUSTRALIA

Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 days, please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery to your address. We use Australia Post and FedEx courier networks to deliver your order within regular business hours Monday to Friday. Public Holiday delays may periodically occur — if we envisage a notable delay you’ll be contacted by our dispatch team. If you are unable to receive goods at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee may be imposed by the delivering party.

Pre-Orders will be shipped once the items have arrived back in stock, this will sometimes occur when our items are out of stock. 

Note: If you have provided us with the incorrect address or the courier service fails to deliver due to an issue with the address, we will charge a reshipping fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds will only be given in the event of defective items. We will not refund in the event of change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered. Once your order has been paid for on our website, we cannot cancel your order. Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt of your product. For all defect claims,

• If you're returning or exchanging an item due to change of mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
• If you're exchanging an item and placing a new order, shipping for the new item will also be at your cost.
• If you’re returning an item due to a fault or damage, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping once the fault is confirmed with photo or video evidence.
• We do not reimburse shipping fees for any original orders unless the item was faulty.

Please ensure your return is packaged well to avoid damage in transit—items that arrive back to us in poor condition may only be eligible for a partial refund.

please email hello@tufftools.com.au (with your order number, full name, image of the defect and full description) prior to returning your parcel. Plate Game will not accept returned claims without prior authorisation.
